Cannot find install manifest:
  "/home/tonyb/dvkmm4/kmymoney/qtcreator-build/install_manifest.txt"
The install manifest is missing. It contains a list of all the files that were
installed on you're system. If by accident you remove this file you can't
uninstall with cmake.
