[Kmymoney-devel] adapting the KBanking plugin to the plugins model

Hi,

I've noticed that the KBanking plugin is a bit different from the other plugins 
in the following ways:
1. When it's disabled it does not remove all it's UI
2. The plugin settings appear as a menu instead of being in a KCModule and 
accessible trough the configure plugin menu just like the other plugins

I would like to fix these issues for the sake of consistency. Any thoughts on 
this?
