Proposed Docs Outline

Greetings Kirigami developers!

I come bringing apologies and gifts. I am terribly sorry for having dropped
the ball regarding the documentation due to personal/family reasons. I'm
hoping it's not yet too late to get back into it.

I've created a wiki page for my proposed outline and flow of the
documentation [1]. It will be a manual type of documentation and I'm
thinking each major "chapter" will be independent of each other. The part
that will probably see the most activity will be the components/controls
part as it is the "meat" of the documentation. The rest will be more like
one-off tutorials.

Again my apologies and hoping I can still help in this area.
