Krita 6.0.x and 6.1.x now use Qt 6.11.0 (instead of Qt 6.8.0)

Hi, all!

Just wanted to let you know that our CI was switched last Friday and both
channels of nightly builds (Krita Next and Krita Plus) now use Qt 6.11.0
(instead of Qt 6.8.0).

This update brings us a lot of fixes, including the MDI and tooltip issues
on Wayland. You can find the details here:

PS:

Krita 5.3.x and 5.4.x builds still use Qt 5.15.x, they got no update.

PPS:

In the meantime, I'm going to do a quick hop to Qt 6.11.3, after a brief
testing. It should fix a few issues on MacOS. Please subscribe to the
aforementioned thread on KA for updates :)
