Raising minimum supported MacOS platform version to 12

Hi, all!

Just a quick notice that XCode 27 dropped support of MacOS before version
12, so we have to drop it as well.

Version 12 is now minimum for Kirta 5.x and version 13 is now minimum for
Krita 6.x. The latter is the requirement of Qt 6.11 [1]
