Hi Joseph,

I'm not aware of any public institutions that use Krita officially.
Several art academies in the Netherlands, notably those of Breda, 's
Hertogenbosch and Zwolle, use Krita or allow students to use Krita. Some
US school districts have asked me to sign all kinds of weird papers that
would allow them to use Krita in their classrooms, but since they don't
send us money, I have declined to send them signed documents.
