Roadmap items

Hey everyone,

During the meeting, it was decided that for the coming two weeks,
we'll be defaulting to bugfixes and immediate issues (dmitryK has a
list of deps related tasks he could use help with). But we also need
to start working on the roadmap items, more particularly, the
discussion around them. Not all roadmap items have issues yet, so in
the next two weeks, please work on making an issue for your prefered
roadmap item, and add "krita 6.1" as the milestone
(https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/milestones/13#tab-issues).
Then we should have a solid plan at the end of april.
