Krita 5.3.2.1 release

Hi, all!

Yesterday we released the bugfix release for Krita 5.3.2.1. As with the
previous version, this is a dual-version release, we use the exactly the
same tarball to build two versions of Krita:

* 5.3.2.1 -> built with Qt5 (considered stable)
* 6.0.2.1 -> built with Qt6 (considered unstable)

WARNING: If you have already updated to 5.3.2 (without ".1" in the end!),
please make sure you update as soon as possible. The version without ".1"
has two crash-level regression.
