Hey Pegasus,
1.Yes. Everything you make in Krita is 100% your intellectual property to
do whatever you want with, including commercially. Like a paint brush or a
guitar, Krita is just a tool that artists can use to make art, and we make
no claim to ownership over anything that Krita users make with it.
2. As for shouting out Krita in your game, I personally can't answer that
one, since that will require you to get explicit permission from Halla,
Krita's lead maintainer and trademark holder. If you can share any
information about your game it might help Halla to make sure that its
themes and content are appropriate to associate Krita's brand with.
