Krita documentation translation to pt_BR

Hi,

I've been working on translating the Krita documentation into Brazilian 
Portuguese (pt_BR) for the past few weeks. I've already completed the User 
Manual, General Concepts, Tutorials, FAQs, and the Contributor and Resources 
Manuals. They're already in the KDE translation SVN.

I'm not sure who's responsible for enabling web translations, but I'd like to 
request that you include the pt_BR translations in the synchronization script. 
Since there weren't any translations before, I believe that's why 
synchronization isn't enabled.

In the coming weeks, I'll be working on the Reference Manual and also 
reviewing the application translation. I already finished krita.org website, 
and sync is Ok.
