Dropping support for Ubuntu 20.04 (the minimum requirement now is 22.04)

Hi, all!
Just wanted to let you know that I have completed switching our nightly
builds to Ubuntu 22.04 base image. It effectively means that we no longer
support 20.04 (which reaches EOL this month).
I will keep the images and packages for the developer environment for two
more weeks, then I will drop them as well. Developers using the docker
environment are recommended to recreate their containers based on the
latest master branches :)
PS:
The existing containers will continue to work unless you try to refetch
some deps (by running `run-ci-build.py` manually). If you don't work with
Krita deps, you usually never have to do that :)
