Meeting time

I could certainly do 18:00 CET (9:00 PST). I'd say that would be almost
ideal for me...

This is our current timezone span for the most active developers, right?

Honestly, I'd be perfectly happy with anything 17:00 CET or later, since
the meetings are skewed a little bit early over here (16:00 CET is 7:00
PST) while there are still a lot of waking hours for all of us on the other
end.
