Krita deps and CI transition from android-34 to android-35 has been started

Hi, all!

I have just started the transition of Krita Ci and deps to android-35.
Please avoid recreating the development environment **for Android** from
master until further notice.

Other platforms and Android environment created from
transition.now/android-35 branch should still be functional an unaffected :)
