Updated script for GPU drivers in the Krita Docker environment

Hi, all!

Now we have a script that automatically downloads a new version of
opensource GPU drivers for Ubuntu 20.04 (provided by Intel). That is, if
you had any troubles with your GPU functioning in the docker, please try
the new script! :)
