Developers notice: update your Qt dependency to get quickcontrols2

Okay, I have added a small fix that should ensure that full local refetch
of the deps will end up in a correct state. Though you need to:

1) Pull krita's master
2) Pull ci-utilities repo

(you always have an option to manually fetch the archive with the updated
package and unpack it)
