[RELEASE BLOCKER] FFMpeg missing from Krita 5.2 APKs

Hi everyone,

It came up during the meeting when going over the release blockers
that FFMpeg is not packaged inside the Android APKs. No one who knows
about android packaging seems to be present at the meeting, but we
need to fix this.

In particular, the whole point of our standalone FFMpeg was to ensure
we can render video on Android, which is a huge amount of work for
5.2. This makes this a release blocker. What is necessary to get
ffmpeg bundled?
