Library updates log

Hey I pushed a couple of changes to the updated_dependencies branch

• fixed a typo on ext_zlib
• updated ext_gsl to include the upstreamed patches and some extra fixes, up to october 30.

Also, we will need to ifdef APPLE on ext_exiv2 as there is no std::filename in apple clang, neither on xcode 14 nor xcode 15.
