A 5.1.6 Release

Hi,

I wanted to discuss this at yesterday's meeting, but I was having a bad day...

We have several important fixes for PSD files in 5.1.6. However, we also have updated deps that are scary. I still think we should release a 5.1.6, though.

I'm proposing the following:

* We release a 5.1.6
* We don't autoupdate or put this in any stores
* We announce as "This is 5.1.6. If you have these specific problems with photoshop files, you can try whether this solves it for you. Be aware that you might run into new problems. If possible, use a portable version of Krita. If you do not experience these problems, don't use 5.1.6."

Note:

It should be fine if Linux distributions pick this up, because they already use unpatched updated dependencies anyway.

Question:

* Should we backport other fixes from master, or should we explicitly and intentionally not do this? (I tend to the latter...)
