Nope, it got yeeted over the moment 5.15 passed. You'll be able to
confirm it in the Windows build log.
I guess the only way would be to build it in a known good system (your
box?), and then upload the blob to f.k.o. It could also be done as an
one-off Docker job, but I'm not sure if the Windows CI images are
available in Docker Hub or in a KDE registry.
