Updating LittleCMS to 2.15 + Meson build

Hi all,

Marti has released the rc1 of LittleCMS 2.15, with my contributed Meson
support: https://github.com/mm2/Little-CMS/releases/tag/lcms2.15rc1

Given that we now support Meson in all OSes because of Wolthera's SVG
text, would it be possible to swap our custom patches out and use
upstream directly?
