Text branch is merged!

Hi everyone!

The year-long work on the SVG text shape has been merged! This means
building Krita will require building raqm and fontconfig from
thirdparty.

Much thanks to Amyspark and Dmitry for helping me sort out the deps
and otherwise assisting and reviewing my work, I'm really relieved!
