Release date and artworks of the New Hugo based Krita website, Splash for 5.2

Hi guys,

I noticed that new translation files for websites-krita-org have been 
added. It will take some time to translate them. May I ask when do we 
plan to release this new website?

The pictures on https://dev.krita.org/ 's "Tools You Need To Grow as an 
Artist" section... They are probably just placeholders, but I can't help 
but find it amusing that, for "All the features you need" block, you 
chose an astronaut falling into a black hole, with all her cords broken 
XD.

With my work for Freedom Planet 2 finished, now I can have more free 
time working on my own stuff. I can prepare some artworks tailored 
specifically for the forementioned section. The same goes to the landing 
page of the documentation website https://docs.krita.org/

Also, according to the meeting notes, Krita 5.2 is going to release in 
December, which means I should also begin preparing a new splash as 
well.
