What is up with the `quad-jpeg.tif` test file?

According to file, that file is a YCbCr, JPEG-compressed TIF.

Can you check with an old enough (say, 4.4.8 or 5.0) build, to see if 
it's got anything to do with my changes to TIFF (especially the ICC 
profiles)?
