We need help with a translation issue

Hi,

There's this merge request: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/krita/-/merge_requests/1159 where one of our contributors made it possible to translate the prefixes and suffixes used in spinboxes. We have two worries:

* should these be translated?
* the code works with the translated text, placing it either as a prefix or as a suffix in the spinbox

Are these really problems, or should this approach work?
