KisTiffTest failures

Hey Halla,

I've checked the recent failures with KisTiffTests. The cause seems to 
be that the PNG results for those two files (quad-strip-jpeg and 
quad-tile-jpeg) cannot be loaded.

I've verified that the files are valid PNGs; actually, they were 
exported by Krita itself with our libpng from 3rdparty on Windows. As I 
couldn't reproduce it locally on neither of the compilers I run (MSVC, 
Clang, GCC), can you (or anyone doing dev on Linux) try loading those 
and send me the error or stack trace?
