Translations

Hi,

I've added a small script that you can use to download translations to the build tools; for the nightly appimage build it's already called so those builds have translations from now on. I've looked into the macos build, but I think I messed that up, and I have no idea how and when to run the script in the windows build.cmd script. 

But there's progress on the translations-are-an-integral-part-of the project front :-)
