Krita 4.4.0 and SeExpr

I have already finished translating the whole seexpr2_qt.po into 
Simplified Chinese, also every documentation page about SeExpr. So you 
can be sure that things are here and working. Please make sure the 
seexpr2_qt.po got packaged and mentioned in the building script properly 
before we build the final version of 4.4. Thank you for all the 
hardwork! :D
