Build of krita.org broken because of missing language tag in po file.

Hi,

For the Lithuanian version of user_support.po, the 'lt' tag is missing
behind language. Sphinx remains very picky about the presence of these
language tags, and it means our docs haven't been rebuild in a while.
Can someone go into the svn and add the language tag?
