String Freeze For Krita 4.4

Hi,

We'll be releasing Krita 4.4 next month. Preparatory to that, the krita/4.3 (stable) branch is now in string freeze. We originally wanted to release 4.3.1, but Amyspark's SeExpr gsoc project got merged, as well as a number of other larger features.

Note that the SeExpr library used by the new feature is maintained on invent and has been made translatable by Amyspark: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/seexpr
