Release Dates Proposal

Looks good to me!

I have added all the entries to the release calender, so the
mailinglist will be spammed most sundays in may with a note of the
period.

One note though: wasn't LGM moved to start on the 30th? Regardless, as
I'll be in Saarbreucken as well, we'll need to make sure that we are
prepared for the usual post-release bug flood.
