Help

[Miss Art Maker]

Hi I recently discovered Krita and started using it. I need to use the
layers, they really help me but is there a way I can insert an image as a
layer onto another layer with an image so I can combine images, do you have
that feature and if not could you add it please?

Also I’m thinking of donating but the only think holding me back is this.
I’d also like a blur and a smudge tool! :)
