2018 Krita Sprint

Hi,

Yesterday at the meeting, we decided to aim for a Sprint in May. Topics will 
be fund-raising and resource management at least -- but there will be more, of 
course.

I'm proposing May 17 - 21 as the dates, Western Pentecost (our Pentecost is a 
week later).

I will ask KDE e.V. for possibilities for travel sponsorship, while the 
Foundation will sponsor accomodation and food.
