New stable branch

Hi,

I've just closed the 3.1 series by merging Rad's new blending
mode. Since new features really should mean a new version minor
version number (we messed that up with the feature/bugfix release
of 3.1.3), I've created a krita/3.2 branch. That's our new
stable branch. The next release will be 3.2.0.
