Need more testing for vector features!

Hi, all!

My branch with the vector features is almost ready to be merged into 
master! Can I ask you to test it the last time before I do the merge? :)

# to do the checkout
git checkout kazakov/svg-loading

The branch basically implements the things that we decided in the vector 
tool requirements list, that can be found here:
https://phabricator.kde.org/w/krita/vector_tool_requirements/

There are still a couple of features not implemented. They are planned, 
but will be implemented later, after the initial merge.
