Please rempt/impex-refactoring

Hi,

The impex-refactoring is now in state where it needs serious testing.
This branch refactors saving, exporting, save as, loading, copy &
paste and the way export filter report their capabilities. So, basially
all of the former needs testing and all the file formats Krita supports
need testing.

I would like to merge the branch to master in the next merge window before
continuing work on it to make saving happen in the background & hopefully
refactor the way filters report errors.
