String freeze is in action!

Hi, all!

Just wanted to to remind you that String Freeze is active now. Please don't
push any new strings to master. If you really need to, please negotiate it
with people in translation teams at kde-i18n-doc at kde.org. And let's fix all
the bugs Krita have before the release! :)

Timeline:

* Monday 14.03.2016 - Feature Freeze*
*Wednesday 30.03.2016 - String  Freeze (no new strings can be added)*
