String freeze in a week!

Hi, all!

This is a friendly reminder that the string freeze for Krita 3.0 is coming
in a week on 30.03.16. After that date no new translatable strings will be
accepted into Krita without negotiations with the translators team. Please
push all your fixes that affect user-visible messages before that date.

Timeline:

* Monday 14.03.2016 - Feature Freeze*

Wednesday 30.03.2016 - String  Freeze (no new strings can be added)
Wednesday 27.04.2016 - Krita 3.0 Release
