Feature Freeze is coming in a week!

Hi, all!

This is a friendly reminder that the feature freeze for Krita 3.0 is going
to happen in a week on Monday 14.03.2016. Make sure all your patches and
branches are merged into master *before* that date. Also please don't
postpone the merge till the last day.

After that date only bugfixes and regression fixes will be accepted to
master. No new features until 27.04.2016.

Timeline:

Monday 14.03.2016 - Feature Freeze
Wednesday 30.03.2016 - String  Freeze (no new strings can be added)
Wednesday 27.04.2016 - Krita 3.0 Release
