Subject: GSoC: next steps

Hello folks, we're on the list of accepted orgs at
https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/. Yay!

First order of business: invite mentors to the webapp. Just as in GCi,
we admins need a google-connected email account to invite each of you
to the webapp.

If members of your team who will mentor or back-up mentor are not yet
subbed to this list [1], please get them to subscribe, and also send
us their email as above.

Finally, please check over everything on the Ideas page [2] and ensure
that the information there about your team includes clear instructions
on how to open communication.

Remember, many of our students are not experienced with open source
and our communication tools. If your team is comfortable using
Telegram, consider adding a link to your group there. If the mail list
is your main tool, stress that. And of course fix up the individual
ideas if necessary. Problems logging into the wiki? [3]

If you can hang out in #kde-soc or the KDE-Soc Telegram [4] channel,
please do. Often students find us there, and we can give them the best
start possible.
