Backtraces on Windows

Last week I figured out how to get reasonable backtraces on Windows:

Catches the crashes and shows the backtrace. For that purpose, I propose
to always have a

krita3-x64-debug-latest.zip
krita3-x86-debug-latest.zip

ready for download in files.kde.org/3/windows/debugbuilds.
