New Layer Properties dialog needs your testing! :)

Hi, all!

I just pushed the final version of the Layer Properties dialog. The main
purpose of the redesign was to start supporting editing of multiple layers
at once. And now it is possible! Near to every item in the properties
dialog there is a checkbox telling you if you are mass-editing this
property or not. If the checkbox is off (or tristated for boolean
properties), the changes in the dialog do not affect selected layers. This
is very useful, when selected layers have varying properties. You can edit
only single property without touching the others.

So now everyone is welcome to test the new dialog and tell his/her strict
word about it! :)
