Retiring the OpenJPEG (jp2) plugin

jpeg2000 isn't only used for movies though... I heard that medical
images use them too. I heard that it has the ability to save in
dynamic range and in 16-bit, in both lossy and lossless formats with
really good compression, which sounds pretty nice for exporting Krita
sketches in.
But it seems to lack mainstream support, so I never actually looked
into more details.
It might be a good format for storing images when the original .kra
isn't needed...
