12am CET would still be a bit early for me (6am for me). We are all over
the world, so it it going to be a bit difficult with any time picked. I
know for the weekly Blender meeting was on Sunday, they always tried to
schedule something for 15 CET. Not sure if that is possible for some
working people if we do it on Monday. Maybe that is why they have it on
Sundays.

Even if a time doesn't work for a few, I think we could just post a
conversation log somewhere and link it out for those that are interested.
