GSOC 2015 Contribution

I am Linganesan from SriLanka. I am currently an undergraduate student
majoring in Computer science and engineering I found out about KDE from
GSoC page.  I would like to contribute to Krita in bug fixes. For that
matter, I need help to get started. How can I approach this project?
