Make the holiday splash an institution.

Between Sinterklaas (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinterklaas) and
Old Calendar Christmas (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Calendarists)
show a holiday themed splash.

We would welcome Chanuka, Diwali and 農曆新年 or 农历新年 splashes to
show on the appropriate dates, of course! (And any others :-)
