Brush editor Stamp and Clipboard refactoring commit pushed

Hello, since i failed to correctly write the mailing list email in the
commit i will inform you this way that this commit is pushed in
calligra/2.9 branch.

As the commit message states it's a "little" redesign of the UI and logic
for the creation of Stamp and Clipboard brush tips to fix some crashes and
inconsistencies.
