Release Blockers for Krita 2.8

These issues have always been present, haven't they? If they are regressions, we should bump their priority, but given our constraints, I think we're already ambitious for 2.8, so I would hesitate to make them release blockers for 2.8.0. There's be bug fixes after that, too, of course.
