Hi,

I made a collaborative google document for a future release article  "Krita
2.8 : What's new ?" on krita.org.
( yes, I'll not host this type of guide on my blog www.davidrevoy.com this
time )

The page is mostly 'done'. But, help is needed to correct sentences, or add
infos.  If something bugs you, edit ! *anyone can* .
Also, for dev, I added 'credit' lines, and they still need to be filled
accurately.
