Krita bug win 7 and 8

Hello, my name is Viviane, I live in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil, I am user of
krita, love the tool, but when I introduced her to some friend that
uses proprietary
software always gives error in installation. The links are available for
download Krita are giving error when being installed on windows 7 and 8. Could
someone help with a guideline or a placement on because it gives installation
error?
