New brush line smoothing options are ready for testing!

Hi!

I have a piece of awesome news, the new antialiasing options for brushes
are ready for testing! Just checkout my branch and test!

git checkout krita-chili-kazakov

The new options

Now there are three new options:

1) Auto spacing. This options should be used when you want the quality of
the line to be the best. It uses non-linear algorithm for spacing
calculation that reduces aliasing of dabs.
2) Smooth Lines. A special option for all auto brushes that makes them
smooth and nice.

3) Smooth Lines for Clipboard brush. I'm not sure this option is useful. I
need that Mifth tested it :)
